The University of Idaho is ranked second in the country for best value among national public universities according to U.S. News & World Report. Only the University of North Carolina is a better value for a national public university according to U.S. News.
The UI moved up 51 spots to 179th in this year’s overall ranking for national universities. That ties the UI with Washington State University in the overall national university ranking.
