It looks like the college Republicans are finally fighting back.
The former president of U.C. Berkeley’s College Republicans Club is suing an ANIFA member over repeated threats and harassment.
Troy Worden is seeking more than $100,000 in damages against Yvette Felarca, claiming she repeatedly harassed him and other Conservatives on campus.
Felarca is a member of the far-left militant group “By Any Means Necessary,” which is affiliated with ANTIFA.
Over the past year, several leftist groups have disrupted Berkeley events featuring Conservative speakers, including the right-wing commentator Milo Yiannopoulos.
Worden’s lawsuit also claims Felarca’s actions infringed on his first and second amendment rights, and restrained his movements around campus.
