Tucker Carlson said that 25 years ago this month, then-Gov. Bill Clinton (D-Ark.) was elected president of the United States, thereby beginning the Clinton Era in America.
Carlson said that this month, the “Clinton dynasty” is collapsing, a quarter century after Clinton bested President George H.W. Bush on November 3, 1992.
He said that the comments by Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.), saying Clinton should’ve been held accountable for accusations of sexual misconduct against him in the 1990s, helps highlight how we are seeing the end of their era.
Carlson discussed the Clinton Era’s end with Chris Hahn, a former aide to Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) and a longtime Clinton supporter.
