Normal February snowfall in Abbotsford is 8.6 cm. But last month the British Columbia city, located about 41 miles east of Vancouver, measured 84.4cm of snow, almost ten times normal. TEN TIMES!
This smashes the previous record set some 68 years ago, in 1949.
