The populations of both Pullman and Moscow grew by over a percentage point last year. New population numbers were released by the US Census Bureau Thursday. Based on July first estimates, Pullman’s population grew by 1.4% to 33,282 residents. Moscow ranked 12th in Idaho for population growth in 2016 increasing by 1.3% to 25,322 people.
