For the second time this week Pullman has been ranked as one of the safest cities in Washington.  The National Council for Home Safety and Security ranks Pullman as the 5th safest in the state.  According to the organization’s website, alarms.org, Duvall is ranked number 1 among cities with more than 5,000 people.  The group’s survey in Idaho has Moscow as the 32nd safest city in the state.  Earlier this week safewise.com ranked Pullman as the 8th safest in Washington.  That survey looked at cities with populations over 2,000.
