The City of Moscow’s Board of Adjustment will take another look at a permit to allow for the expansion of New Saint Andrews College downtown during its meeting Tuesday night. In April, the board approved a conditional use permit to allow NSA to develop a second campus location at the old CJ’s night club building on Main Street. That approval was appealed to Moscow City Council which ordered the board to re-examine the permit. Council has directed the board to take another look at parking impacts from NSA expansion downtown. The private classical Christian college currently operates with a CUP nearby next to Friendship Square. Tuesday night’s City of Moscow Board of Adjustment hearing starts at 7:00 in city hall.
