  • Tuesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around -34. Wind chill values as low as -55. Northwest wind 9 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
  • Wednesday: Sunny and cold, with a high near -19. Wind chill values as low as -56.Northwest wind 5 to 9 mph becoming southwest in the afternoon.

Elsewhere, periods of rain and snow can be expected over the Pacific Northwest, Plains, and Upper Mississippi Valley while scattered strong to severe thunderstorms affect parts of Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma by late Sunday.
