Mop-up operations underway on portions of the Strychnine Fire near Harvard

I’m not sure I’d call it “mop-up” when it’s only 30% contained. 

Mop-up operations have begun on portions of the Strychnine Fire in North Latah County. The thousand acre blaze Northeast of Harvard is still listed at 30% contained. Fire managers say 90% of the firelines have direct access to water. The human caused blaze started Saturday afternoon. The fire is burning in slash, underbrush and timber.
