The anonymous alleged victim accused actor Kevin Spacey of sexually assaulting him at a Malibu home in 2016.
Los Angeles, CA – The anonymous male massage therapist who accused actor Kevin Spacey of sexually assaulting him in 2016 has died, just a month before his lawsuit against the actor was set to go to trial.
The alleged victim, known only as “John Doe,” filed a lawsuit against 60-year-old Spacey in Los Angeles Superior Court in September of 2018, according to court documents.
Doe claimed that he was hired to give Spacey a massage at a Malibu home in October of 2016, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
When he arrived, Spacey led him to a room and locked the door behind them, then allegedly told Doe he was having discomfort in his groin area.
According to the lawsuit, Spacey forced Doe to grab his genitals twice, then asked to perform oral sex on him, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The massage therapist said Spacey blocked the door several times before he finally allowed him to leave the home.
The alleged victim’s attorneys since filed notice that he has “recently passed,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
