There is localized flooding today in Moscow with Paradise Creek in flood stage. The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for the creek through town. Paradise Creek has reached flood stage at over 9 feet. Forecasters expect the flooding to continue through tonight with an additional third to a half an inch of rain expected this afternoon. City of Moscow Public Works crews have been busy all morning sandbagging vulnerable areas.
