In response to a question from Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) as to why he didn’t stop and tell the president that is his line of questioning was wrong, Mr. Comey says, “I was so stunned,” adding that “maybe if I did it again I’d do it differently.” He says he takes the president at his word that he was fired over ther Russia investigation. He also says, “Lordy, I hope there are tapes.”
