The National Weather Service has upgraded the Flood Watch for the Palouse to a Flood Advisory. It’s in effect until 2:00 Friday morning. The forecast is calling for moderate rain tonight into tomorrow morning. Up to a half an inch is expected. That warm wet system will cause rises in small streams and creeks and potential ice jams along with urban flooding.
