DUI Suspect Previously Deported 15 Times – Back in Court
A preliminary hearing is scheduled Tuesday for an illegal alien deported 15 times, and now stands accused of driving drunk and fleeing the scene after an incident that seriously injured a 6-year-old boy. KSWB reports, Constantino Banda Acosta, 38, is charged with hit-and-run causing permanent injury, DUI causing great bodily injury and driving without a license.
