A Franciscan friar serving time on a state conviction for blocking women from entering a Westchester County clinic was hit with federal charges Thursday for allegedly padlocking the doors to a Planned Parenthood building in Long Island.

Christopher “Fidelis” Moscinski, 52, is accused of fastening five locks — some with glue poured in them — to the Hempstead facility’s gate on the morning of July 7 before it opened for the day, according to a criminal complaint against him filed in the Eastern District of New York.

Moscinski, a member of the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, left after allegedly locking the doors — and then returned in a gray religious robe, lying down in front of the gate and blocking cars from entering the facility, the feds said.
