Flood Watch issued for the Palouse

A Flood Watch has been issued for the Palouse.  The National Weather Service is predicting showers and thunderstorms with heavy rains to hit the Palouse starting Thursday afternoon.  Some storms may be capable of producing flash floods.  The rain is expected to run through Saturday morning.  Up to 2 inches is possible.
