Moscow URA receives 3 proposals for development of downtown parcel

Wintz Company, LLC of Moscow intends to build a hotel, currently referred to as Hotel Moscow, on the northern parcel, according to its proposal.
In addition, a storefront would face Sixth Street and another storefront would be located at the northeast corner of the parcel and right at the intersection of Sixth and Jackson.
The hotel, which would comprise of about 40 rooms, would be located between the storefronts and be a part of the same structure as the commercial uses. The rooms would be located on the second, third and fourth floors.
The plan currently includes a fourth-floor rooftop deck with an outdoor jacuzzi, lounging area and shade structure.
The southern parcel would include a four-story building, including commercial on the ground floor and 30 apartment units above. A total of 30 parking spaces would be installed on the property.
