Now this is an interesting conversation to have.
The 14th Amendment was written to guarantee black who were formerly slaves guaranteed citizenship. It was never intended to guarantee anchor babies and all their kin guaranteed citizenship.
I don’t think that an Executive Order can fix a misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment.
But what it could do is force the SCOTUS to reexamine the intent of that Amendment and how it has been misapplied.
