The Moscow Police Department is investigating a weapons offense. The incident occurred this morning when someone allegedly brandished a firearm. No shots were fired. Moscow Police believe the case does not represent a threat to the public at this time. The University of Idaho issued a Vandal Alert today regarding the incident. University officials are asking students to exercise caution. The incident did not occur on campus.
