Snow is now a forbidden word

Futurecast shows the arrival of the rain this evening… and possible white rain overnight across interior Newfoundland. Notice how temps stay near 2 degrees? Indicates to me any accumulation will be in higher terrain. Drivers on Bay d’Espoir Highway tomorrow AM watch out #nlwx https://t.co/zHdeJeJZ3E

This is the RGEM model’s white rain forecast for tonight into early Tuesday morning. If any white rain does actually fall, looks to be confined to the higher terrain of interior Newfoundland, south of the TCH. Something to watch… #nlwx #nltraffic #SnowStrike
