Pullman PD have identified 26-year-old Michael D. Mastro Jr. as the suspect responsible for making threats online against two schools in Moscow. He was cited for violation of Idaho Code 18-3302(I), “Threatening Violence Upon School Grounds.”
Michael posted this public apology to his Facebook profile:
“I understand people are really upset about my insensitive disgusting crude joke. I want to publicly apoligize to everyone that this has hurt. To make things entirely clear it was a very bad joke. I am not the person people are saying I am, I have a happy wonderful life with amazing people around me in this community. I’ve worked in the Bible camps with children. I’ve helped at rocking the rez with kids. I went out to farmers market and blew giant bubbles for kids. I grow a garden every year and participate in the Moscow fair. If you know me or who I am you know I would never do that. I really am sorry.”
