This says a lot more about culture than it does about genetics. Asian families are well known for prioritizing education, the arts, etc., and this will show on standardized achievement tests and educational outcomes.

Chart of the Day II (below) shows average SAT math test scores by ethnicity based on data from The College Board for the years 1996 to 2016. Note the impressive 40-point gain by Asian high school students on the SAT math test over that 20-year period as the racial performance gap between Asians and all other ethnic group widens.
