It’s a Christmas thing.

The Department of Homeland Security is labeling a triple-shooting in Pennsylvania a “terror attack.”

The incident happened Friday with the suspect opening fire on police officers at three different locations in the state’s capital of Harrisburg.

Reports say one officer was injured after the shootout, that left the suspect dead.

According to the DHS press release, the suspect has been identified as 51-year-old Egyptian national Ahmed El-Mofty, who had ties to the Middle East and recently returned from a trip to the region.
