According to congressional sources, several unnamed DOJ and FBI officials will be called in to testify.
This report comes after House Oversight chairman Trey Gowdy sent a letter to the DOJ on Tuesday to request permission to interview FBI attorney Lisa Page.
Documents show Page exchanged hundreds of anti-Trump text messages with former Mueller investigator Peter Stzrok while he was overseeing both the Russia probe and Hillary Clinton’s email investigation.
Gowdy also requested permission to interview Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Chief of Staff Jim Rybicki.
