Also, the growth rate of retirees is outpacing that of school children.
Gray heyday
North Idaho is going gray. And so is the rest of the Gem State. Idaho’s population, according to data from the United States Census Bureau, is aging faster than the rest of the nation and its senior population has grown by 30 percent since 2010.
