The Supreme Court’s travel ban ruling hits refugees with terrifying uncertainty

A Supreme Court decision will allow to Trump enforce the travel ban in 72 hours. The ban will have some changes when Trump begins enforcing it. The ban will on longer include visa holders or those with a “bona fide” relationship with the US.

That’s because people with bona fide relationships cannot be terrorists and do not need to be vetted. Think about the San Bernadino terrorist attack. His wife was here on a K-1 “fiancee” visa. There’s a bona fide relationship. This SCOTUS ruling would still have allowed her into the USA.
