The Miami-Dade prosecutor will not pursue charges against four prison guards who locked a prisoner in the shower where he died. The prisoner suffered from schizophrenia and was left in the shower for 2 hours. The temperature of the shower reached 180 degrees. The man was cooked alive and had burns over 90% of his body.
