The City of Moscow is reminding residents that sand bags and material are available in case of flooding. The Resident’s Sandbag Station is at 650 North Van Buren. The National Weather Service is predicting the possibility of high water in Paradise Creek and the South Fork of the Palouse River. The City of Moscow is gearing up in case flooding occurs.
