On the summit of Mount Washington in New Hampshire, forecasters expect the biting winds to make it feel as if it was -100°F (-70°C).

GUSTING to 110+ MPH on Mt. Washington on 03-09-2017

This morning we had winds gusting well over 100 mph with a peak gust of 119 mph. Winds were very gusty fluctuating between 70 mph and 110 mph frequently. Winds were sustained over 100 mph for a bit but due to the gusty nature, no century club attempts were made.
