Both Pullman and Moscow have made a new list of the Top 100 Best Places to Live in the US. Livability.com released its ranking today surveying over 2,000 cities with populations between 20,000 and 350,000. Pullman ranks 25th with the website citing Washington State University, restaurants, “trendy” shops, entertainment venues along with parks and paths. Moscow ranks 55th with the site mentioning the University of Idaho, New Saint Andrews College along with stores, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance from campus. Moscow ranked as the best place to live in Idaho.
