Do we have enough information, now, to charge the cardinals (and pope Gore) under Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO) for global warming offenses?
All you need is three instances of a certain type of enumerated behavior over ten years to constitute a pattern in violation of RICO.
