Youth Leadership Seminar -- Nov. 12-13

From Laird Maxwell:

October 21, 2005

Dear Conservatives (and your youngin's);

Here is an excellent opportunity to send your conservative students (ages 16-25) to a world-class Youth Leadership School (YLS) that focuses on Political Training.

Also, I have collected some scholarship money for those who would like to attend.  FREE lodging will be provided for those students from out of the area.

It will be held the weekend of November 12-13, 2005 in Boise, ID.  It starts at around 9:00 am Saturday and ends at approx. 4:00 pm Sunday. (Place to be determined)

This political training seminar designed for youth is ideal for young rising conservative leaders.  It's designed for serious people interested in being leaders and making a difference.

The attached brochure states:  "It's not for the faint of heart.  YLS will help you:

  • Launch a successful career in politics
  • Develop a nationwide network of conservative friends
  • Earn a reputation for getting things done
  • Build an effective student organization
  • Use the media to get your message out

The brochure says the registration fee is $60, but I have been given permission to let you know that for Idaho, the registration is only $20.  Remember, I have scholarships available.

This seminar is put on by the nationally-know Leadership Institute, headed by Morton Blackwell.

I can personally testify to you that the training your student(s) will experience will last a lifetime.  I know ... I have been to a Leadership Institute seminar.  I use the knowledge received every day.  I know of no better seminar for political training.

Moreover, the scholarship money I raised was easy, because those who know how effective and important these seminars are to our future leaders also know the Leadership Institute's stellar track record.

Here is what you do - and it's easy:

  1. Contact the Leadership Institute to register at 1 (800) 827-LEAD and ask for Becky Turco.  Her email address is BTurco@Limail.us.
  2. Visit the Leadership Institute's web site at www.leadershipinstitute.org.
  3. Let Becky (or Ashley Horne, an intern from Idaho) know that we will cover the registration fees, if you need.
  4. Send me an e-mail (laird@idtaxreform.com) and let me know you registered so I can get an approximate count.

Be sure to forward this email to your friends and colleagues who would be interested.

Please note that space is limited, so the sooner the better.

Keep in touch,
